WebSupervisor 中国平台已迁移至 ComAp 全球 WebSupervisor
本平台已停止服务。
自 2026 年 8 月 25 日起，WebSupervisor 中国平台已永久关闭。
此次变更旨在让所有客户都能获得：
- 完整的控制器与固件支持 —— 包括最新的 ComAp 控制器及固件版本。
- 全新功能 —— 例如 API 接口访问，以及 WebSupervisor 平台近期的各项功能改进。
如需将您的账户与设备迁移至全球 WebSupervisor，请联系 ComAp 中国（联系方式见下），我们将为您安排迁移。
请注意：中国平台上的历史趋势数据与日志不会随迁移一并转移。

完成迁移
将账户与设备迁移至全球 WebSupervisor，您有两种方式：
- 自行迁移：创建 ComAp Cloud Identity (CCI) 账号，并注册新的 WebSupervisor 账户。
- 委托 ComAp 中国代为办理：联系 ComAp 中国（见下方“需要帮助？”），由我们代您完成迁移。

WebSupervisor China Has Moved to ComAp Global WebSupervisor
This platform is no longer available.
As of 25 August 2026, the WebSupervisor China platform has been permanently switched off.
This change was made to give all customers access to:
- Full controller and firmware support — including the latest ComAp controllers and firmware versions.
- New features — such as API access and all recent WebSupervisor platform enhancements.
If you would like your account and devices to be migrated to Global WebSupervisor, please contact ComAp China (details below) to arrange this.
Please note that historical trend data and logs from the China platform will not be carried over as part of any migration.
What You Need to Do Now
Get Migrated
You have two options to move your account and devices to Global WebSupervisor:
- Do it yourself: Create a ComAp Cloud Identity (CCI) and create new WebSupervisor account.
- Ask ComAp China to do it for you: Contact ComAp China (see “Need Help?” below) and they will arrange the migration on your behalf.
